Drive-In Racking
Drive-In Racking in Qatar is a high-density pallet storage solution where forklifts drive into continuous lanes to load and retrieve pallets from rail supports, maximizing storage capacity while minimizing aisle space. Designed for LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage and bulk handling, this system is ideal for homogeneous SKUs, cold storage facilities, and high-throughput distribution centers. Heavy-duty uprights, pallet rails, and guide rail protection ensure superior structural strength, stability, and reliable performance when handling heavy pallet loads.
Why Choose Drive-In Pallet Racking?
High-Density Lane Storage
Multi-deep drive-in lanes reduce aisle count and maximize pallet positions per square meter.
Minimize Aisles, Maximize Capacity
Drive-in loading from a single aisle increases pallet density and frees space for storage.
Heavy-Duty Steel Construction
Engineered uprights, bracing, and rail supports handle heavy pallet loads with long-term stability.
Guided Forklift Entry & Protection
Entry guides and rail protection assist pallet alignment and reduce damage during drive-in operations.
| Configuration | Lane Depth | Frame Height | Max Pallet Load | Metric |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2-Deep | 2 pallets | Up to 12 m | 1000 kg/pallet | Custom |
| 3-Deep | 3 pallets | Up to 12 m | 1000 kg/pallet | Custom |
| 4-Deep | 4 pallets | Up to 12 m | 1000 kg/pallet | Custom |
| 5-Deep | 5 pallets | Up to 12 m | 1000 kg/pallet | Custom |

How It Works
1.
Install Upright Frames & Bracing
Frames and cross bracing are installed to form rigid drive-in lanes with clear forklift entry.
2.
Install Pallet Support Rails & Guides
Rails and entry guides are fixed to the frames to create multi-deep pallet lanes with secure support.
3.
Load Pallets into Drive-In Lanes
Forklifts place the first pallet on the rear rails; each subsequent pallet pushes the previous pallet back along the lane for high-density storage.
4.
Retrieve Pallets (LIFO)
Forklifts enter the lane and unload from the entry end, pulling pallets out in last-in, first-out sequence to keep lanes stable and accessible.
